Newnagy has Developed a Novel Nano Waterproof and Breathable Fabric

In recent years, various intelligent fabrics and functional fabrics have been widely concerned and developed, waterproof and breathable fabric is one of them. As the name suggests, waterproof and breathable fabric refers to the fabric that can prevent the one-way invasion of water while still maintaining the two-way flow of gas on both sides of the fabric. It can be widely used in mountaineering clothes, down jackets, military and police clothes, windbreakers, raincoats, shoes, hats， gloves, cold jackets, sports goods, etc.

Application of nano polymer material in textile industry and developing more functional fabrics is one of our research and development directions. Recently, our doctoral team led by material experts successfully launched self-developed nano waterproof and breathable fabric with independent intellectual property rights. The nano waterproof and breathable fabric not only has the advantages of environmental protection, adjustable waterproof and breathable function, fire protection and washability, but also can be applied to all kinds of fabrics while maintaining the softness and color of the original fabric. Compared with the similar products in the international market, this technology not only greatly reduces the processing cost, but also simplifies the production process, and has the advantages of multiple fabric functions.

At present, many leading enterprises in fabric and garment processing have discussed the application and cooperation with our company on this technology, and we will try our best to launch a variety of nano waterproof and breathable fabrics to the market in a short time.
